Fluency – The Reading Crossroads FORCES FOR FLUENCY Curriculum is designed to be used in conjunction with the READING INTERVENTION, providing those students who have achieved accuracy with foundational skills to further develop automaticity.
Supports a five-day a week, 30-minute high-dosage tutoring session with an eight-to-one student to tutor ratio.
Each curriculum supports up to 50 students simultaneously
Gives striving readers a chance to practice fluency skills.
Individualized lessons for reading practice, encouraging attention to accuracy and
Visual graphs track progress and set goals to improve fluency.
The Reading Roadmap can also provide additional training, technical assistance and monitoring as a fee-for-service. These costs for these services are based upon staff time and travel expenses and can be custom-designed based upon your specific needs.
Training - Two-and-half hour standard training for up to fifteen staff providing a comprehensive overview as well as a deep-dive into specific program components. Training is available both in-person or can be done virtually.
Technical Assistance – ongoing support of program implementation with ongoing conversations and check-ins. Review of data, individual problem solving and utilization of fidelity rubric. On-site visits can be provided.
Monitoring — Data support and evaluation. Data collection can be supported both for progress monitoring as well as for summative purposes. Alignment with partner school assessments can be conducted by Reading Roadmap staff.
